I found the hotel to be very sober but conveniently located in the middle of the city. The rooms had a coffee machine and electric kettle, but the Wi-Fi didn't work in our room. Overall, the place had a cheap and tacky feel to it.

My stay at Novotel was incredibly enjoyable. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and provided a peaceful retreat during my trip to Belgium and France.
